The objective of this study was to evaluate the growth and yield of green corn cultivated under organic no-tillage system on different ground cover plants. The work was developed in the municipality of Domingos Martins, ES, Brazil (20° 22' 16.91"S and 41° 03' 41.83" W), being arranged in a randomized block design, with six replications and five production systems, consisting of: three soil covers in the organic no-tillage system - with sunn hemp, millet and sunn hemp/millet intercropping; and two systems without straw and with soil tillage - one organic and the other conventional. The double hybrid of corn AG 1051was used, at a spacing of 1.00 x 0.20 m. Evaluations were carried out of stem diameter and plant height, at stagesV5 (five developed leaves), V10 (10 developed leaves) and R3 (milky grains); ear yield with straw and without straw; average weight of 15 ears with straw and without straw; average length and diameter of ears without straw and the percentage of straw. For all agronomic characteristics evaluated, except for length and average diameter of ears without straw and the straw percentage, all the treatments studied were statistically superior to the conventional system treatment. The agronomic characteristic ?yield? which is the most important among all evaluated, did not show statistical difference among all treatments under organic system. Therefore, both the organic system without straw and with soil tillage, and the organic systems with straw and without soil tillage using single sunn hemp, single millet and sunn hemp/millet intercropping are possible to be used with good corn yield. Este artigo tem por objetivo avaliar o acesso ao Pronaf por beneficiárias do sexo feminino no Brasil durante o período de 2013 a 2015 e sua distribuição nas diferentes linhas de crédito e regiões do país. Para tanto, realizou-se um levantamento de dados secundários na Matriz de Dados do Crédito Rural do Banco Central do Brasil, na perspectiva de gênero. Os dados foram analisados por mensuração simples da estatística descritiva, verificando-se a proporção de participação feminina no acesso ao crédito Pronaf em relação à distribuição espacial e às linhas de crédito. O acesso ao Pronaf pelo público rural se mostrou heterogêneo entre as regiões do Brasil, com maior aporte de recursos para as regiões Sudeste e, especialmente, Sul do Brasil. A região Nordeste apresentou maior acesso ao Pronaf Microcrédito e menor valor médio contratado por beneficiária nas demais linhas de crédito. Somente o Pronaf Microcrédito e o Pronaf Mulher apresentaram maioria feminina de acesso ao crédito. As demais linhas privilegiaram o acesso masculino, bem como o maior aporte de recurso para esse público. Estudos regionalizados devem ser realizados com vistas a acompanhar o processo de emancipação feminina, gerando conhecimentos e subsídios para o aprimoramento das estratégias de implementação de políticas públicas, objetivando o incremento de ações que contribuam para a redução das desigualdades de gênero e entre as regiões rurais do país.
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the access to PRONAF by women in Brazil during the period 2013-2015 years and its distribution in the different credit lines and regions. Therefore, we carried out a survey of secondary data in the Matrix of Data Rural Credit of Central Bank of Brazil, in gender perspective. Data were analyzed by simple measurement of descriptive statistics by checking the proportion of women participation in access to PRONAF credit. The results showed heterogeneous among the regions of Brazil, with greater allocation of resources to the Southeast and especially Southern Brazil. The Northeast region had greater access to PRONAF Microcredit and lower average contract value per woman in other lines of credit. Only PRONAF Microcredit and the PRONAF Women had mostly access of women to credit. The other lines favored male access. Regionalized studies should be conducted in order to accompany the women emancipation process, generating knowledge and subsidies for the improvement of implementation of public policy strategies, aiming to increase actions that contribute to the reduction of gender inequalities and between rural regions of Brazil.
